A: Our office is open Monday-Friday 8 AM to 7 PM
Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM
Closed on Sundays Q: Are there any underage surcharges for being under 25?
A: No there is no underage fees for being under 25.
Q: I'm looking to hire/rent a vehicle , Can I collect from VAN Rental and deliver back to the same location?
A: Yes you can hire/rent from lax and return to same location.
Q: How soon in advance do I need to book a vehicle?
A: Normally one week in advance is enough to book your vehicle.
Q: Do you need a credit card number to hold the reservation ?
A: No.
Q: Is there a Cancellation Penalty?
A: There is only a cancellation penalty if delivery is to another airport and you do not cancel 48 hours in advance.
Q: Is it possible to have the vehicle with GPS map location and route planning ?
A: Yes, upon availability.
Q: If I require snow chains, is it possible to hire these from VAN Rental?
A: Yes.
Q: The rear seats of the Van would have to be taken out and stored at the rental
station. Can you provide this?
A: Yes. Cancellations, of 12 & 15 Passenger Vans, made less than 48 hours before pick-up time will be subject to a $100.00 late cancellation fee
